Education: Must have a minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Responsiblities:

Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan the installation of a new system or modification of an existing system.
Assess user needs and software requirements to evaluate the feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
Confer with data processing or project managers to gather information on limitations or capabilities for data processing projects.
Collaborate with systems analysts, engineers, and programmers to design systems and obtain details on project limitations, capabilities, and performance requirements.
Consult with customers or departments on project status, proposals, and technical aspects such as software system design or maintenance.
Coordinate the installation of software systems to ensure smooth deployment and integration.
Design, develop, and modify software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and assess outcomes.
Define and establish system performance standards to ensure optimal efficiency.
Develop and oversee software system testing, validation, and documentation to maintain reliability and compliance.
Modify existing software to resolve errors, adapt to new hardware, and enhance interfaces and overall performance.
Monitor the functionality of equipment to ensure system operations align with specifications.
Gather and evaluate information on reporting formats, costs, and security needs to determine optimal hardware configurations.
Prepare reports and correspondence detailing project specifications, activities, and status updates.
Recommend necessary equipment purchases to regulate environmental factors such as dust, temperature, or humidity in system installations.
Specify power supply requirements and configurations for efficient system operation.
Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analyzing system capabilities and improving performance.
Supervise and allocate tasks to programmers, designers, technologists, technicians, and other engineering personnel.
Oversee the work of technical teams to ensure adherence to standards and project objectives.
Train users on the operation of new or modified equipment to facilitate seamless adoption.
Assist Cloud Source Inc. s sales team with technical pre-sales support, proof of concept (POC) development, and demonstrations.
Provide technical guidance and training to Cloud Source Inc. s employees, including briefings and support for on-the-job technical or coding issues.
Support Cloud Source Inc. s recruiting team by conducting technical screenings and interviews for potential hires or contractors.
