Wedding Photographers & Videographers are needed for paid Partnerships

Were building a team of talented entrepreneurs and natural-born creatives to join our team of wedding, engagement, and proposal photographers and videographers!

Position: Multiple Wedding Photographers and Videographers are needed!!

Location:
Houston and Surrounding areas

Partnership Opportunity:
A list of events in need of a photographer or videographer will be sent out weekly, sign up for as many events as you would like on
the dates and times you want to work!
* Most events are on Saturday however we do have the occasional weekday elopement, proposal, or
date-night style events.

Houstons best wedding service providers (like you!).

Responsibilities:

Before the Wedding
* Receive the Client Intake Sheet from the Wedding Planner and plan a quick Consultation with the Couple:
Meet with the couple to discuss their vision, preferences, and specific wedding photos or video requests.

* Equipment Check:
Ensure all camera equipment, lenses, batteries, memory cards, and backups are in working order.
Prepare necessary lighting equipment and accessories.

During the Wedding
* Arrival and Setup:
Arrive early to set up equipment and capture venue details before guests arrive.

* Capturing Moments:
Take photos of the bridal party and family getting ready.
Document the ceremony, and capture key moments such as the vows, ring exchange, and first kiss.
Capture candid and posed shots during the reception, including speeches, dances, and guest interactions.
Managing Group Photos: Organize and take formal group photos, ensuring everyone is included as per the shot list.
Adaptability: Be prepared to adapt to changing conditions, such as lighting or weather, and handle unexpected situations calmly.

After the Wedding
* Backup Photos:
Immediately back up all photos to prevent data loss.

* Photo Editing:
Sort and select (pre-determined amount) the best photos from the wedding day.

* Edit photos for color correction, cropping, and retouching to enhance their quality.

*Create and Deliver Photo Products:
Deliver images/videos to Planned and Pronounced in about 3 weeks

Requirements:
* Proven experience (please do not be discouraged if you are the family photographer or new to wedding or event photography, everyone
has to start somewhere and we host photo shoots quarterly for our photographers to update their portfolios and get more experience).
* Strong creative vision and the ability to translate concepts into reality
* Excellent attention to detail
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
* Knowledge of current trends in weddings, content, and event photography is a plus
