We're looking for someone who thrives on extending beloved brands, especially ours, by blending strategic thinking with inspired and eye-catching design. You have a deep understanding of the creative process from concept to production and are not afraid to push boundaries to make every project more dynamic, engaging, and impactful. You have a strong understanding of current design trends, tools and technology. You should be highly familiar with Figma, possess a keen eye for detail, and have the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing assets. Motion design and video animation experience is a bonus. A hands-on and collaborative teammate, you are always looking for the next big idea and new ways to make great work even better, while staying up-to-date with industry developments.

Your Day in the Life

• Primary responsibilities include - but are not limited to - design execution for print, digital & email content, presentation design, motion graphics and video editing to support key in-restaurant and digital marketing initiatives, along with other creative projects as needed.
• Expert in maintaining and evolving the Noodles & Company brand across various marketing channels. Strong ability to uphold brand standards in every project while consistently delivering creative and inspired executions within established guidelines.
• Brainstorm, create and present engaging designs that will appear in printed and online marketing channels in support of Field Marketing, Human Resources, Franchise Development, ad-hoc requests, and other departments.
• You are naturally curious and passionate about design - with a keen awareness of the evolving landscape of available tools, technologies, resources, and trends. You are always looking for ways to make your job easier.
• Comfortable receiving direction and feedback, then executing individual projects independently, taking initiative, and communicating to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Support occasional presentation design and data visualization needs.

What You Bring to the Team

• 3+ years of agency or in-house omni-channel art direction and design.
• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Knowledge of design principles and cross-channel best practices, including layout, typography, color theory, composition & current design trends.
• Knowledge of AI tools and their integration into design workflows.
• Experience with web and mobile UI/UX is a plus.
• Motion design and video asset creation experience, particularly using tools like After Effects or Adobe Premiere, is a plus.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to take initiative, build internal and external partnerships, execute projects independently, and contribute fresh ideas.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in our Support Office in Broomfield, Colorado. We're seeking candidates who either reside locally or are open to relocating.
