Position Overview
The Photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality, visually compelling images to support our marketing campaigns across digital, print and social media platforms. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to bring brand stories to life through your photography.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
Photography Production:
Capture high-quality images for various marketing purposes, including product photography, lifestyle shots, brand imagery, and campaign visuals.
Creative Concepting:
Work with creative and marketing teams to support high-level seasonal concepting for campaigns, collateral and event support.
Creative Direction Support:
Work with the creative and marketing teams to execute photoshoots that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Content Creation:
Create engaging content for social media, websites ads and more, ensuring all photos are aligned with marketing goals and messaging.
Post-Production:
Edit and retouch photos to meet the required aesthetic and technical standards. Ensure all images are optimized for both digital and print formats.
Asset Management:
Manage repository of all photo assets assuring all are edited, on brand and up to date.
Visual Consistency:
Maintain a consistent visual style and quality across all photography used in marketing materials to reinforce brand identity.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing teams to plan and execute photoshoots, aligning with upcoming campaigns and product launches.
Equipment & Setup:
Manage and maintain photography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and backdrops, ensuring all tools are in excellent working condition.
Trend Awareness:
Stay up to date with the latest trends in photography, social media content creation, and marketing strategies to ensure your photography is fresh and innovative.
Location & Studio Shoots:
Coordinate and execute both in-studio and on-location shoots in partnership with the Marketing Production Manager, managing all logistics, from setting up to creating shot lists.
Event Support:
Support Associate Creative Director and Creative Manager on event details and management as needed and execute all event photography.
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Proven experience as a photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing product, lifestyle, and marketing-focused photography.
Proficiency in photography techniques, including lighting, composition, and editing.
Expertise in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools.
Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects.
Knowledge of current trends in photography, social media, and marketing.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to travel for all shoots as needed.
