Akkodis is seeking a Senior Product Designer for a Contract job with a client in Dearborn, MI(Hybrid). The ideal candidate is an experienced Timekeeping Implementation Specialist with expertise in workforce management software, strong project management skills, and a passion for client success.
Rate Range: $53/hour to $55/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Senior Product Designer job responsibilities include:
Leading design projects from concept to completion
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product vision and user needs
Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Conducting user research and usability testing to refine designs
Ensuring consistency and quality across all product designs.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or a related field
5+ years of experience in product design
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Experience with user-centered design and usability testing
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $55.00 per hour
