Compensation

  • Base pay starting between $50,300 - $59,000/yr. with annual performance-based merit raises

Job Duties

The Visual Merchandiser ensures that merchandising plans, standards, displays, and signage are consistently executed and maintained across all stores. This role plays a key part in creating an engaging and visually appealing shopping experience by implementing merchandising strategies. The Visual Merchandiser is also responsible for executing merchandising tasks related to store refreshes, relocations, and new store set projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.

  • Conduct regular store visits to review product display and discuss product/display opportunities with store personnel.
  • Implement and complete store refresh projects on sight.
  • Implement and complete new store setup projects on sight.
  • Implement and complete store relocation and projects on sight.
  • Demonstrate awareness and compliance with ADA shopping rules and regulations.
  • Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures.
  • Work with merchandising planners to coordinate consistent communication and execution of new merchandising initiatives
  • Attend Grand Opening events and assist as appropriate.
  • Assist with joint merchandising projects as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years retail experience preferred
  • Possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail display strategies.
  • Knowledge of store layout optimization and product placement techniques.
  • Familiarity with signage design and implementation standards.
  • Understanding of project management practices for store refreshes and setups
  • This role requires: 75% of travel
