Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time
Better Painting is a premier painting company dedicated to top-tier craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a Color & Design Consultant + Sales Associate to join our team! This exciting hybrid role blends interior design, sales, and customer consultation, making it ideal for someone who loves helping homeowners bring their vision to life while also closing sales.
What You'll Do:
Guide clients through color and design selections in in-home and virtual consultations.
Apply your expertise in color theory, trends, and finishes to provide tailored recommendations.
Close sales by building relationships and offering creative solutions that match clients' needs.
Prepare and present detailed project proposals, including pricing and timelines.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain and update CRM records (we use Drip Jobs) for leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Stay on top of industry trends and paint product knowledge to enhance your consulting skills.
Attend marketing events and networking opportunities to generate leads.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in interior design, or color consulting required
Experience in sales preferred, but not required.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage clients, and understand their vision.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Proficiently in Google Workspace preferred, but not required
Knowledge of paint products, finishes, and design principles is a bonus.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for in-home consultations.
